Urban Renewal

In Taipei, at the corner of Civic Boulevard and Linsen Road there is a building waiting to be demolished and that area incorporated into a nearby park.

 But the building has been there for a while and artists have used the boarded up windows to tell a story. Going around the building clockwise this is the sequence of paintings on the boarded up windows. Like a comic strip.

I don't know the meaning of the sequence, something about destruction of the old and the chaos of the new. The main character looks like Beevis or maybe it's Butthead. Any ideas?
